This vintage Kaari Dinner Service is a deep chocolate colour, with an attractive soft sparkling glazed finish, overlaid with an occasional true bitter chocolate colour. Designed by Timo Sarpaneva for Rosenthal. The brown colour defines its era. Kaari stoneware has a finer design and shape than its contemporaries and produced for two years only 1981 / 1982.

A thirty-piece Kaari Dinner or Lunch service of six place settings. All in excellent condition with no evidence of use. Certainly, a fine opportunity for lovers of Rosenthal or for first-time buyers of Rosenthal stoneware to own an excellent set. This long hardwearing quality stoneware makes it a gift for generations and the fine design synonymous of Rosenthal, something to recognise and admire.
